Manchester, NH - CB Richard Ellis announced that Axsys Technologies, Inc. has signed the first lease in the newly repositioned Liberty Woods Technology Center located at 44 Simon Street in Nashua, New Hampshire. Axsys Technologies, a publicly traded precision optical and motion control systems manufacturer headquartered in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, signed a lease for approximately 67,000 square feet of office and light manufacturing space. Axsys will utilize the space to expand its existing Nashua Optical Systems Group operations.
Liberty Woods Technology Center is a 240,000 square foot high-tech facility formerly owned by Teradyne Corporation and currently occupied by Amphenol Corporation through November 2008.
Roger Dieker and David Connolly of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Liberty Simon Street, LLC. Bill Luers of Tamposi-Nash Real Estate represented the tenant in the transaction.

Liberty Woods is a world-class facility comprised of office, manufacturing and flex space that can be subdivided and configured to accommodate users as small as 15,000 square feet. It sits on 18 wooded acres adjacent to Mine Falls Park, a 325-acre conservation park. Amenities include air conditioning throughout, full-service cafeteria, fitness center, walking trails, shower facilities and approximately 900 parking spaces. 173,000 square feet remains available for lease.
