Manchester, NH - CB Richard Ellis today announced that it has been retained by Liberty Companies as the exclusive leasing agent for Liberty Woods Technology Center, Southern New Hampshire's newest high-tech facility, located at 44 Simon Street in Nashua.

Liberty Woods, the 240,000 square foot former home of Teradyne Inc., is a world-class facility comprised of office, manufacturing and flex space that can be subdivided and configured to accommodate users as small as 21,000 square feet.
